Free Hit Counters

The Free Hit Counters are tempting, but Easy Hits Counters only has a limited set of details they show. Most web-owners just ad such a counter to their site to keep track of the amount of visitors without all the fancy details.

The advantage of these counters is that you get quite specific information on the visitors of the site. It includes historical data, countries, Browser-information, etc. In the following postings I will tell you some more about these details, and actually show you a few. All I need is a few more hits for these counters and then the illustrations will also become interesting for you and me/

First Counter

The first counter that I added comes from: http://easy-hit-counters.com/. They don't give a lot of details for the user, but then again, the installing is quite easy. A short script has to be added to your source code and it immediately works. The first hits are probably caused by myself while testing. But as soon as other counters start to work you will see them going up simulteneously....
